Information
The Library of the faculty is
located in the ground floor beside the administrative area of the
faculty. It is established on a very large area in order to be one
of the biggest pharmaceutical libraries all over Egypt.
The library is classified into
different compartments according to Dewey Decimal Classification for
libraries which is one of the most accurate methods used
for organizing libraries. It contains about 1000 reference books
covering all the pharmaceutical fields in addition to copies of many
postgraduate studies done by the faculty staff members.

Superiority
The library has the advantage of
having the most recent editions of the most important text books. It
also contains rare reference books which are very difficult to find,
for example : You can find the different pharmaceutical
pharmacopeias in our faculty library ( USP - BP - European
Pharmacopeia - Japanese Pharmacopeia ).You can also find some pharmaceutical encyclopedias.

Services
The library supports the students
with the ability to have access for all of the reference books it
contains during the working hours from 8:00 am till 4:00 pm every
day except Friday. It is set up with a reading hall for both
students and postgraduate members where both could read and complete
their work.
It is planned to complete the
library structure in the following years where the number of books
is going to be doubled and a computer hall supporting web access is
going to be established.

The library
Staff
The library is administrated by a
well experienced team which is headed by
Mr. Mohamed Baligh Mohamed ( Languages and translation
license, specialist in libraries administration ). The library team
do their best to help the students reach the text book they
need or the information they are searching for, they also work for
providing good weather for the library visitors to do their work so
smoothly with a kind smiley face.
Mr. Baligh told us that the number
of students visiting the library is growing continuously. He also invited all of the faculty residents to
visit the library in order to maximize their cultural and
intellectual abilities.
And in turn we are happy to
re-invite you to visit the library where you can well feed your
mind.
